Jackfruit Pickle 450g

Often called, “katahal ka achaar”, this unconventional recipe is not so unconventional in the northern part of India. Fresh pieces of diced jackfruit are blended together with select spices and condiments to give you this delectable creation that also contains phytochemicals and fibre. Shelf Life: 9 months (without the use of any preservatives) 

Ingredients:

• Jackfruit 
• Mustard oil 
• Raw mango powder
• Spices and condiments 
• Salt 

Goes best with mildly flavoured foods like khichdi & kadhi.
